Make Your Own Dryer Balls Virtual Workshop
Join Us at 6pm PT on Friday February 26th, 2021 for a virtual workshop where we will be using Northern CA raised Climate Beneficial Transitional (TM) sheep wool to create a set of dryer balls. Wool dryer balls help to reduce wrinkles and shorten drying time in a standard clothes dryer. We have found 3 balls suffice in a small-dish dryer while six dryer balls are suggested for larger dryers. Purchase of this workshop includes a DIY dryer ball kit that will include approx 3 oz of sheep wool, a cotton bag for containing the wool during the felting process and string to section off the bag and help the dryer balls to be round. Instructions will also be included for reference. Needed and not supplied are a standard clothing washer and dryer. Zoom link will be emailed to participants three days and one hour before the event.
This is a great activity to do with friends. You can purchase additional kits and have over your pandemic pod or close family to make your dryer balls together.
Shipping for anywhere in the USA is a $10 flat rate. We do not ship any liquid, powder or pod products. Personal delivery is available for $3 in the Sacramento/Davis area and $5 for anywhere in Northern California. Please register for this workshop by 2/17/2021 to be sure to receive your materials in time for the workshop.
